The High Composure Test is designed to make that visible.


What This Is

This is not self improvement.

You’re not here to fix yourself. You’re here to observe yourself calmly and honestly. No performance required.

Over 14 days, you’ll notice:

  • How pressure shows up in real time
  • Where you stay steady
  • Where composure quietly slips

Awareness is the first lever. Everything else builds from there.


How the 14 Days Work

The structure is intentionally simple.

  1. You receive one short question by email
  2. You carry it with you throughout the day
  3. In the evening, you return to the Composure Studio to respond

No exercises. No assignments. No catching up if you miss a day.

Just noticing.


Three Live Sessions

You’ll join three live 30 minute Zoom sessions during the test.

These are not lectures. They’re touchpoints to orient, recalibrate, and integrate what you’re noticing.

How is Comp 101 different from other "motivational" or "self-help" programs?

First off, Comp 101 isn’t a motivator program and it doesn't motivate you or change how you think when things are calm. It’s designed to train what happens when pressure shows up.

Most motivational programs focus on mindset, inspiration, or future goals. Comp 101 focuses on function, how your body, attention, and decision making respond in real moments.

You’re not asked to feel different.
You’re trained to notice earlier, stabilize faster, and recover more quickly.

This isn’t a temporary boost.
It’s a skill you can use when motivation runs out.

Is this a course or a challenge?

It’s neither in the traditional sense. There’s no homework to “get right” and no performance standard. Think of it as a daily training container that installs a repeatable way of responding under pressure.

How much time does it take each day?

Most days require 5 to 10 minutes of writing. The real work happens in real life when pressure shows up, not by adding more to your schedule.

What if I miss a day?

Nothing breaks. There’s no falling behind. You simply continue where you are. This study is designed to work with imperfect participation.

Is this about mindset or positive thinking?

No. Comp 101 focuses on function. It trains what happens in your body and attention when things narrow, not how to think differently when calm.

Who is this for?

Comp 101 is for people who operate under pressure. Parents, founders, athletes, leaders, and anyone who wants to stay steady when things get uncomfortable.

Do I need any prior experience or preparation?

No. You don’t need to meditate, journal, or change your routine. You only need real moments to practice with.

What happens after the 14 days?

You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your pressure patterns and a repeatable protocol you can use anytime. Some participants continue into deeper training, others simply apply what they’ve learned.

Is this private?

Yes. Your experience and responses are your own. There’s no public sharing requirement.

Is there a refund if I change my mind?

Comp 101 is designed as a contained 14 day experience. Once you begin, the study is in motion. For that reason, all enrollments are final.
